San Antonio Express-News offers pairings of beef with Texas wines in its weekend edition. Armadillo’s Leap sparkling moscato, Yaaas!, is a suggested pairing with an Asian inspired slow cooker beef ribs in a ginger-mango sauce. The full-bodied richness of AL’s 2015 Texas Viognier is said to be the perfect pairing with a beef and veggie burger. Cheers to Texas Wine Month, and beyond!
